I wrote in my 22 may post that nifty breach 4170 in next two days , wait for dips & buy in front line .The first support is near 4000 to 4025 in nifty, then 3720,3800 we can see these level in nifty next month.They are best level to enter for buying for long term.


For trader the short position open in nifty at 4150 to4170 with t1 4000-4025 ,t2 3800-3720 & stop loss 4270.

I think this is the best time of making a best portfolio for long term, because worst is over .Investor how miss this really from 2550 to 4500.They started to invested in dips for long term (3 to 5 years)

If I built my portfolio, i would like

1 EQUITY = 30%

2 ETF = 20%

3 MUTUAL FUND = 20%

4 GOLD ETF , GOLD PHYSICAL = 15%

5 CASH,FD = 15%

You should wait for dips & start investing don't invest in single time.After investment wait to grow you investment ,ignore the remorse in market .Book profit time to time or your target is achived .consult your advisor time to time.

I think you get 30% to 40% return per year.

ITS GOING TO BREACH 4170 LEVEL NEXT TWO DAYS

Today nifty bounced back its day lows 4170 level .As i assured of 4170 in last post ,anyone buy on dips the stoploss is 4170to4150.There are more chances of breaching this level ,because i think there is distribution in the market .

Means after an advance or long white candle ,a doji signals that buying pressure may be diminishing & the uptrend could be nearing an end .
Trader should be on the alert because market is
overbought ,if the nifty trend is reversal there is big gap for downside ,shown in chart.

Congress party is going to give a stable govt. without the support of left front .This is a booster dose for economy & stock market .So 200 points gap up opening is expected on monday.
In chart of nifty the channel brokedown on Thursday but nifty bounced back channel retained on friday ,closing at 3671 .

short term downtrend

short term nifty shows downtrend the triple top formation at 3720 level is strong resistance for nifty,in fig. shown that channel breakdown the t1 is 3485,t2 3350,sl is 3720.

Till 20 may i think small investor & trader will wait & watch.The political uncertainties is all most clear .If anybody can take position in the mkt the long position should be open nifty close above 3720,short position should be open closing below 3585.
